New beginning

         I've been thinking a lot about my blog lately. Mostly, about it's shutdown. Well, I decided to give myself the last chance. I have to find some time for this blog and I will!

1. The dress I saw a long time ago on some actress. Isn't it cute? And fuchsia shoes.

 2. Something which was supposed to be inspired by the '50s.

         I have a bit more time today :)

As I promised I'm presenting you two projects. And with today post I've realized how much my sketches have improve since I started drawing. I know they are not perfect and I still make a lot of mistakes but believe me, you wouldn't like to see my first sketches. When I'm looking at them now, I'm wondering how I could draw something like that. But, well, it was over two years ago...

         Today projects maybe are not very imaginative but I think they are quite good.

 

White and flower patterns.

       I kolejny trudny tydzień za mną. Doszłam do wniosku, że w ciągu roku szkolnego będę zamieszczać posty rzadziej, ale za to w każdym poście zaprezentuję wam więcej rysunków. Na początku niech będą to dwa, a później zobaczę jak będzie się rozwijać moja artystyczna działalność ;)

       Jak już wiecie uwielbiam kwiatowe wzory, ale nie wiecie,  jak bardzo kocham połączenie spódniczki w kwiatowe wzory i białej bluzki. I właśnie tu i teraz daję wam niepowtarzalną okazję, by zobaczyć jak wspaniale to wygląda! Patrzcie i zachwycajcie się (oczywiście możecie też napisać komentarz, nie obrażę się ;)

       Uff.. another hard week have passed. Well, I think I'll be posting only at weekend this school year. But because of that I'll present you more drawings in one post. I think it's quite fair ;)

       So let's start! As you already know I adore flower patterns. But you don't know I love the way how patterned skirt looks with white top. And now I'm giving you an unrivalled opportunity to see that! Just look and rave (and, if you want, write a comment ;).

Black & Nude

     Przepraszam za tak długą przerwę od ostatniego postu, ale mimo, że to dopiero początek roku szkolnego mam już na głowie mnóstwo zajęć, sprawdzianów, kartkówek, i.t.d. Mam nadzieję, że gdy już wyczuję rytm mojego szkolnego życia, znajdę trochę więcej czasu i będę zamieszczała posty w miarę regularnie.

     Co do rysunku, to myślę, że wszystko, co mogę o nim powiedzieć, to to, że bardzo podoba mi się połączenie czerni i koloru nude.

     English: I'm sorry for so long break since the last post but, you know, the school year has started in Poland and I'm really busy. Hope I'll get used to going to school soon and I'll be posting quite regularly.

     What about my project? I love the mix of black and nude and I think that's all about this drawing. Enjoy :)

I'm tanned and happy.

I'm finally back from Bulgaria. I was tanning, swimming in the Black Sea and dancing all the time so it was really wonderful week. Oh, and, of course, I was drawing.

Sometimes summer has a nice ending.

            Hi! It's gonna be very short post. Summer is ending (as you already know) and it's sad but I'm glad that my ending of summer won't be so bad after all. Why? Tomorrow I'm going to Bulgaria with my dance group "ZTL Sanok" (website) to the International Folklore Festival and I'll spend the last week of holidays there. Well, all I wanted to say is I won't be posting during next week (well... ok, maybe I also wanted to advertise my dance group a little bit).

Summer is ending.

Dzisiejszy post jest zupełną odwrotnością postu z czerwca pod tytułem "Summer is coming". Wtedy wszystko było takie wspaniałe. Miałam przed sobą cudowną perspektywę rozpoczęcia wakacji. Niestety, teraz moje perspektywy zrobiły obrót o 180 stopni i wciąż zamęczają mnie myślami o początku roku szkolnego i tych wszystkich chłodnych, jesiennych, pracowitych dniach. Dlatego dziś przedstawiam Wam coś letniego - tak na pocieszenie.

Some of you may remember my post from June entitled "Summer is coming". I was so happy then. Thinking about the end of a school year and all these warm summer lazy days,  I just went absolutely ape! Unfortunately, everything is exactly the opposite right now. I'm constantly thinking about the beginning of a school year and all these chilly autumn busy days. It's really overwhelming. So I've decided to present you something summer today- to cheer myself up!

Inspired by Sienna Miller

          It's because of my cousin. She's a great fan of Sienna Miller and she showed me the dress Sienna has been wearing in some movie. I fell in love with a plain dress with patterned shoulders!

          Umm, so the heading should be: 'Inspired by the dress Sienna Miller has been wearing is some movie', but it doesn't sound great, does it?

Happy Birthday Mr. Chopin

          Będąc w Krakowie trudno się nie zorientować, że w tym roku obchodzimy 200 rocznicę urodzin Fryderyka Chopina. Po całym mieście rozstawione są fortepiany, specjalne przystanki, billboardy, miejsca, gdzie można posłuchać utworów kompozytora, a na każdym słupie ogłoszeniowym wiszą plakaty dotyczące koncertów i spotkań związanych z Rokiem Chopinowskim. Takie wydarzenie naprawdę inspiruje.

                  English:

           This year Frédéric Chopin, Polish composer and virtuoso pianist, is 200 years old! Because of this occasion, everywhere in Cracow are standing grand pianos, special bus stops, billboards, places where we can listen Chopin's music and loads of posters. Well, this kind of occasion can be really inspiring.

          Jednym z moich ostatnich ulubionych trendów są jasne, pastelowe kolory, kwiatowe wzory, koronki i wszystko, co tak bardo podkreśla dziewczęcość i delikatność. Ale żeby nie było za słodko, dobrze, gdy taki styl przełamany jest jakimś wyrazistym akcentem. Starałam się uzyskać taki efekt w moich rysunkach, ale nie jestem pewna czy tak do końca mi się to udało...

                English:

          My latest favourite trend is wearing bright colours, floral patterns, laces and all these really girlie things. But I don't like too sweet look so it's good when outfit like that includes a distinctive accent. My intention was to create something like that.

AfterCracowParty

          Po dwóch tygodniach spędzonych w Krakowie wróciłam do domu. Jak zwykle było super-kuper. Przywiozłam ze sobą parę nowych zakupów, inspiracji i, co najważniejsze, rysunków. I najbardziej super-kuper sprawa: byłam na koncercie Beatlesów! (no prawie, ale obczajcie sobie zespoły The Postman i The Beatleman to zobaczycie!). Na razie przedstawiam Wam coś starszego, ale w ciągu kilku dni zamieszczę moje najnowsze dzieła.

                 English:

          I got back home! I've been in Cracow for two weeks and I brought some purchases, inspirations, memories, like being at Beatles Day concert, and (the most important thing) drawings. Now I'm presenting you something old but I'll show you the newest sketches in a few days. Be prepared!

          Gdy już mamy pasiastą sukienkę, czerwone sandałki, chustkę w kotwice, jakiś statek, ster, a za nim marynarza, nie możemy zapomnieć o najważniejszym: kolczykach! I teraz możemy już zaczynać naszą marynarską przygodę. Ahoj!

Inspired by watermelons

          Wiem, połączenie zieleni i czerwieni jest czasem trochę ryzykowne, no ale tylko spójrzcie na te arbuzy!

                 English:
           I know. Red and green is not the best mix, but, come on, just look at these watermelons!

     I przepraszam za ten cień na torebce. Miała być czarna.

     Oh, and sorry for this shade on the purse. This purse was supposed to be black.
